Senior StarSkate       

Senior StarSkate programs provides the most flexibility and ice time availability. Skaters are strongly encouraged to skate a minimum of three on-ice sessions per week, and will be working from STAR 4 through the Gold test and competition levels in all disciplines. Skaters entering Podium Pathway will also train on these sessions.

Skaters are coached in a private or semi-private lesson format and will choose a primary coach for their season. All off-ice programming and a minimum of one stroking/edge class per week is mandatory at this level.  All coaching fees are billed directly

2026 Summer Sessions for all Cochrane Skating Club Skaters: 

This summer the club is offering subsidized ice sessions for Cochrane Skating Club StarSkate skaters to keep those skills sharp over the summer. 

For the this year the Board has voted to heavily subsidize this ice for club skaters.  Please note the cost of this session may increase in future years subject to club financials! 

All classes are at Spray in the Totem Arenas. Please check in the arena for the designated ice each day and please check the times listed for each day carefully as they do change by watching the calendar in your account. 

The Thursday class will be followed by a 45 minute dryland session. It will commence 10 minutes after the ice session ends in the Chinook room. 

Please note: Coaching Fees are NOT included in this session fee and will be billed directly by the coaches.  Lessons may be private; semi-private or group coached at the coaches discretion and based on attendance daily. 

Please add each day you wish to skate to your cart. Coaches will be taking attendance on each session. The club has the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration.
